Music for the Mind

2013 begins with an invite to research & develop “Of The Things We Do Not See” at The Barbican’s Pit Theatre in London . We are very happy with the outcome resulting in the development of a new piece to be shown at The Print Room. We are also to be included in this years season at The Grange Park Opera in Southampton.

Our questioning & development of “A Sound Mind” will be a strong focus for us this year with carrying out a double blind clinical test with a neuroscientist to measure the impact of ¬†these compositions on stress related illness.

So as the great hunt for a Neuroscientist continues, I don my white suit & lead my workshop on singing from the heart, practicing song cycles, interval balancing song, String drones & some very beautiful ascending normal scale singing with Clemmie Franks, Tara Franks & Elena. Please see below a rough sketch of the beginnings of our Drone cycle.
